Little Knellies warmly invites our parents into the nursery as often as possible.
Whether it is to watch your daughter perform in a production, take part in her learning experience or to observe the fun she has within our wonderful environment, we offer regular opportunities for families to step foot into Little Knellies outside of normal drop off and pick up.

We also enjoy weekly coffee mornings over the road at our Junior School – you would be most welcome there at any time.

Parent communication
Weekly newsletters are published to our families, highlighting key features of that week’s learning. These are read alongside our termly curriculum overviews. We offer a lens into our classrooms through Tapestry, an online learning journal. Learning journey entries are completed throughout each week; these are then published weekly to the online platform so that you know exactly what is happening and how your children are progressing. As well as a record and view into the world of our classroom for parents, they also assist staff in planning each child’s next learning experience. Throughout your daughter’s time in our Nursery we will host regular workshops, specialist talks and parents’ evenings to offer further insight into her experiences, learning and progress. Our team is also available for informal daily discussion to support you in any way.
